Where can I check the status of my order?
Order status can be checked in real time on the My Account page. Any comments or notes left by our staff will be on this page as well as any tracking information for your order.
How can I check tracking of an order?
Customers can check the tracking by logging into their account. Tracking details will be listed on the shipment page.
Additionally, an email will be sent to the customer that contains tracking information once the item ships.
Can I change my order after it is placed?
If your order status is still "Processing" you can change (add/edit/delete items) from your order. Once your order goes to ship, it won't be possible to change the order.

When will my order ship?
Orders will be shipped within one business day, most orders will ship out the same day as ordered (M-F).
Once my order ships, can I cancel it?
Unfortunately, once your order is enroute is cannot be canceled. You will need to follow the return instructions below after you receive your item.
Shipping and Delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
We are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders shipped within the United States. And yes, that includes Alaska and Hawaii.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
We offer UPS 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air.
Shipping rates for expedited service are calculated during checkout and are based upon the weight and size of your package.
Please note that expedited delivery does not include weekend service. If you need your order by a specific day, please let us know at the time you place your order and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes we do ship internationally and we offer very affordable shipping costs. No calculated postage, just pure flat rate charges so you don't have to guess.

To Canada - Under $100 = $6 flat rate shipping - $100 and over = FREE Shipping
To Rest of World - Under $200 = $12 flat rate shipping - $200 and over = FREE Shipping

Do you ship to AFO/FPO miltary addresses?
Yes we are able to ship to AFO/FPO addresses and for the same FREE SHIPPING as offered within the United States.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from the great State of Connecticut, 06880. Please see the map below for estimate shipping times for UPS. USPS shipping times may vary and be faster or slower than those shown below.
Packages are shipped via UPS or USPS. As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information.

Are your items in stock?
Unless otherwise noted, all items are in stock and available to ship.
My item arrived damaged, what should I do?
Please take a quick picture of the damage and email us at help@justyarn.com with the pictures. All our shipments are insured and we should be able to recover the value of your order.
My item never arrived but tracking says it's delivered, can you help?
Sometimes packages get lost, or worse, stolen. Please contact us at help@justyarn.com to tell us! We will start the appropriate investigation with the shipping company.
Please note: If you live in an apartment building or an area prone to packages getting lost/misplaced/stolen please add signature confirmation for an extra $2.00 at checkout.
We cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to the address, but not received.
Returns and Exchanges
How do I return an item?
We're sorry that you weren't happy with your items. Please email us at returns@justyarn.com with your order number and we will email you instructions on how and where to return your items for refund processing.

What is your return policy?
JustYarn.com wants you to be satisfied with your purchase of our products. If you received your order within the last 30 days of your order, you may return your order.

I like the item I received but ordered the wrong color? Can I exchange?
We would be happy to exchange the item. Exchanges are handled as two separate transactions. A return and a new purchase. Please contact us at returns@justyarn.com to receive your return instructions.
Please place a new order for the required items. Your new items will ship out immediately and your return will be processed when received by our returns department.
Can I return an item if it is used?
Unfortunately, unless it is a manufacturer defects, returns on used items cannot be returned.
Please contact us at help@justyarn.com if you believe that the item you received is defective.
Do you charge a restocking fee?
We charge a $5 restocking fee for all returns or exchanges.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
When can I expect to see my refund?
Once receive your return, refunds are processed within 2-3 business days and refunded back to the credit card used for the original purchase.

Promotions, Coupons and Rewards
Do you offer coupon codes?
From time to time we offer coupon codes that are good on your order. We offer a signup coupon code when you create an account with us and signup to our newsletter. Be sure to sign up for an account here
Coupon codes can be entered on the shopping cart page. Your discount will be applied before you begin the checkout procedure.
Some brands may be excluded from the coupon code. When you enter the code, the system will tell you if there are any exceptions to using the code on your order.
